1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZappyQuote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ZappyQuote ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
ZappyQuote provides an AI-powered quote generation platform for service businesses. We help you respond to customer inquiries with automated, branded quotes. The Service includes a web application, embeddable widget, and email delivery.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free plans are limited to 5 quotes per month and 1 service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Quotes are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing quotes before they are sent to your customers. ZappyQuote is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You must comply with all applicable email regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We process customer lead information solely to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. ZappyQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
