Email support@zappyquote.com. We reply as soon as we can, usually within one working day.
To help us find what happened quickly, please include:
- the email address of your Zappy account;
- roughly when it happened, with your time zone;
- what you were making - image, video, audio, story, film, a tool, or the API;
- any reference shown on screen or in the API answer, such as a job or film reference;
- your credit balance before and after, if credits are part of the question;
- the browser you used, or your API / MCP client;
- a screenshot, if you have one (optional).
Never send your password or a full API key. Support will never ask for either.

What happens to my credits if a creation fails?
For a single image, video, audio or story scene, credits are held while it runs and charged only when it is delivered; if it fails, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically. A film is made in steps, so each finished production step is charged as it completes. If a film cannot be finished, use "Stop and refund this film" on the film page and the refundable credits are returned. If anything looks wrong, contact support with the details below.
Where do I find what I made?
What you make in the studio is saved to your projects and your creations list, where you can view it again and download it. The free browser tools work on your own device and do not save to your account, so download their results before you close the page.
How do credits and prices work?
Every creation shows its credit cost before you start. You can see current prices and plans on the pricing page, and your balance in your account.
Some tools say they are paused. Why?
A few tools are temporarily paused while we improve them. They are clearly labelled and cannot be started, so no credits are spent on them.
Can I use Zappy from my own code or an AI assistant?
Yes. The developer pages explain the API, how to create a key in your account, and how to set up the Zappy MCP server.
How do I reset my password?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support with your account email.
