Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of zappyquote.com and the Zappy studio (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Credits and plans

The Service uses credits to meter generation. Free accounts receive a daily allowance of credits that refreshes each day and does not roll over. Paid plans provide a monthly or annual credit allowance as described on our pricing page. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable except to use the Service.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, including content that violates others’ rights, sexualizes minors, or is intended to harass or defraud. In particular, you may not use avatar, headshot, or voice features to impersonate a real person without their consent. You agree not to attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or security measures, or to resell the Service without authorization.

To report content or an account that you believe violates these Terms, email support@zappyquote.com with a link or description. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Your content and outputs

You retain your rights in the images and text you provide. Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI models, you may use the outputs you generate; paid plans include a commercial-use license as described on the pricing page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and for how you use the outputs.

Third-party models

Generation is performed by third-party AI providers. Their availability, behavior, and results are outside our control, and outputs are provided on an as-is basis.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zappy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
