What is a credit?
A credit is Zappy’s single unit of spend. Every creation shows its cost in credits before you click: a Fast image is the cheapest, premium images and video cost more. The table above turns a plan’s credits into approximate outputs at today’s prices.
What are free, plan and top-up credits?
Free credits are the welcome bonus and the daily refill. Plan credits arrive each billing cycle and reset at the next one. Top-up credits are bought once and never expire. Zappy spends free daily credits first, then plan credits, then top-ups.
What happens if a generation fails?
You are only charged for output that exists. Credits are held while a creation runs and returned automatically if it fails or produces nothing; you do not need to ask.
How do credits work?
Each creation uses credits based on the quality level and settings, shown before you click. Simple images start at 2 credits; premium HD video costs more. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You get a 50-credit welcome bonus once you verify your email, and 10 credits refill every day - no credit card. Upgrade only when you want premium quality, HD video, commercial rights or no watermark.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro and Studio?
Every paid plan unlocks the same capabilities - premium images, cinematic video, Story Studio, music and songs, no watermark and a commercial-use licence. The plans differ in monthly credits and the price per credit: Starter 1,000, Pro 4,000 and Studio 12,000 credits a month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each cycle; top-up credits never expire and are spent after your plan credits.
Can I use my creations commercially?
Paid plans include a commercial-use licence; the free plan is for personal use. Use of outputs is also subject to our Terms and the terms of the underlying AI models.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
