Product launch creative: a checklist for the assets you need on day one
The small set of images and clips a product launch actually needs - hero, lifestyle, banner, reel, short commercial - in the order to make them, and how to keep them consistent.

The day-one set
A launch needs fewer assets than it seems: one hero image on a clean background for the product page, two or three lifestyle scenes that show the product in use, one wide banner for the site and email header, one short vertical reel, and optionally a short commercial for ads.
Anything beyond this can follow in week two, informed by which of the first assets people actually respond to.
Make them in this order
Start with the hero. It fixes the product likeness, the colours and the light that every other asset should match. Then the lifestyle scenes, then the banner, and finally the motion pieces, which are the most expensive and benefit most from decisions already made.
Reuse the same descriptive words for the product in every prompt. Small wording changes between assets are the most common cause of a launch set that looks like three different products.
Consistency checks
Lay all the stills side by side before you make any video. Same product colour? Same label? Same mood? Fix inconsistencies in the stills; they are cheap to redo, and every clip made from a wrong still inherits the mistake.
After launch
Keep the prompts and Recipes that produced your best assets. The next launch starts from them instead of from a blank page, which is where most of the time savings of AI creative actually come from.
