Does this re-encode my whole video?
Yes, once. Two pieces of video can only be joined without a glitch if they share the same codec, resolution, frame rate and audio format, so your video is normalised to match the end card first. We use a high quality setting for that pass so the loss is not visible.
Can I use my own image as the end card?
Not yet - this version builds the card from a solid colour and your text. If you want a designed end card, make it in the Zappy studio and then join the two with the collage or slideshow tools.
What if my video has no audio?
It still works. Silent audio is added to the end card so the two halves match, which is what lets them be joined without re-encoding a second time.
